⚠️ Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FitRot. By downloading, installing, or using the FitRot application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About FitRot
FitRot ("App", "we", "us", or "our") is a screen time management application available exclusively on iOS. FitRot requires users to complete physical fitness movements in order to unlock additional screen time on their device. The App is operated by FitRot, Inc.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
FitRot is intended for users of all ages. However:
- Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the App, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Users between 13 and 17 represent that they have obtained parental or guardian permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.
- By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or that a parent or guardian has done so on your behalf.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
FitRot offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans that unlock premium features within the App. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
3.2 Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed at the point of purchase.
