Renewed Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Renewed mobile application (the "App") operated by Renewed ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements.

1. Account Registration

To access the App's features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Renewed is a faith-based recovery support application that provides tools including but not limited to:

• A sobriety timer and streak tracker
• Daily self-assessment check-ins
• A personal journal
• A Bible reading plan
• A panic button crisis intervention sequence
• An AI-powered counselor chat feature
• A community forum for sharing and encouragement
